Cellcept for Living
CellCept for Living provides educational support and guidance to transplant recipients who are taking CellCept.
The program is free and easy to join. Patients enroll themselves via telephone, Internet or a printed form available at transplant centers and physicians’ offices.
Enrollment benefits:
- Patients receive a wide variety of tools and materials designed to help them take charge of their health.
- Patients can request free brochures about issues of concern to transplant recipients, such as graft rejection, avoiding infection and communication with friends and family members about transplant-related issues.
- Enrolled patients receive a subscription to ONTRACK, educational newsletters covering topics such as diet and exercise, keeping medications organized, keeping up with checkups and screenings, and more. In addition, each issue of ONTRACK includes the inspirational personal story of a real-life transplant recipient’s illness and recovery.
By providing practical information in a simple, easy-to-understand format, CellCept for Living encourages healthy habits and helps patients and their families navigate the physical and emotional challenges posed by the transplant procedure.
